The worst machine ever it’s shaking and there is major defects in the machine and unfortunately we trying to call the supplier not responding !!!

Washing machine is good. The dryer function is ok as it takes time to dry the clothes. It will show you almost 9 hours for one cycle of washing and drying. But it’s less then that. If you are using the separate dryer you may not like these washing/drying machine as it takes a lot time to dry up the clothes. I don’t know where all these small particles from clothes are storing up to clean the machine. Good for small family of 3.
I would recommend you to buy separate dryer instead of washer/dryer. As it’s not that convenient as the cycle is very long. Plus it’s noisy more than usual machine.

Helps in room with no balcony.. less noisy and been using the 15” quick wash and after wash drying cloths on rack overnight..next day I fully dry cloth in dryer with 30mins dryer function..

The product itself has been great so far. Done one wash and dry, and it actually dries the clothes unlike our previous washer/dryer! it’s also very quiet while in use.

The downside was the delivery, paying extra for the item to be delivered within a time slot and to be placed into our chosen room. Delivery was within the time slot and delivered by two guys, who carried it up the outdoor steps to the communal area to our flat only to be told that they would not carry it any further (up stairs to the kitchen). My husband even offered to help the two men carry it up, only to be told they were not “superman”! Turns out my husband must be Superman, as he managed to get the washer/dryer upstairs on his own.

Washer and dryer work very well. Drying can work in tandem with the washer or independently. 8KG is perfect for 2 to 3 person family.
Very silent running on thevwasher cycle and dryer cycle.
