Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All of the items selling on website even the small gadgets will be double checked and tested by our quality control team before they are sent out. We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products. Most importantly, we guarantee your satisfaction or we guarantee to make it right! Hence, we provide open delivery service. If You are not Satisfied returned them and you will be Refunded.

Products Return Policy

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has any issues or if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to your end customer.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Product(s) is physically damaged or is defective, including damage to the outer box delivered;
  2. Warranty issues or quality related issues with respect to the Product delivered;
  3. Wrong Product or the Product is not matching the description or specifications mentioned on the listing page on the Platform;
  4. Part of the Order/ Products is found to be missing due to reasons attributable to the Seller.

*Health protection, Hygiene products, Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.

At the time of making a Return Request on the Platform, Buyer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/ proof including without limitation:

  1. images of the Product(s) indicating the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered. The images need to capture the following: (a) the shipping label with Order ID; (b) Order details; (c) packed shipment; (d) issue observed by the Buyer in the Product; (e) damages to the Product; and/or (f) the IMEI number (in case the Product is a mobile phone);
  2. unboxing/ normal video clip indicating the issues in the Product/ shipment delivered. The video clip needs to capture all sides of the package, order details, shipping label, quantity of the Product, damages in the Product, IMEI number (in case of mobile phones), any tampering with the outer box etc.;
  3. copy of bill/ tax invoice for the Product received.

If any further information or clarification is required from the Buyer, we will contact the Buyer.

Cancelling Orders & Refund:

All orders placed on the Dubaishopandship can be cancelled only if it has not been processed yet.

How to cancel an order?

  1. After placing the order, if you wish to cancel it, go to My Account > Orders.
  2. Under the order actions tab, there are option of Cancel, Exchange, refund Orders.
  3. Once you click on that a confirmation pop up will come up and you can add your reason of order cancel, Exchange, refund and then click submit.
  4. After confirming confirming, we will take accessory actions.
