I have been running this for about 3 years now and it is a fantastic product. The only thing I wish is that it were able to give a closer shave as it leaves some stubble

This is a really good product. Best i would say. A wise decision if you wanna get a multigrooming kit. This is a go!

I brought this in Oct 2023. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, it is plastic and perhaps the edges are stainless steel.
Anyway, it failed in less than 6 months. I took it to their distributor, Al ghandi electronics and they repaired it. Shy of 1 year, it failed again and this time, I am told it is a water damage and can't be repaired.

I explained that it is a trimmer and is expected to be used in the washroom & not living room void of any water, but my humour and argument were both rejected.

Later, I got a call from Philips asking for my feedback and I explained it all to them for which they politely replied it will be well documented but ofcourse, the official KPI ends at just documenting it and not really taking action.

So if you are looking for the old fashioned disposable razer, this should work for you at a premium price

Pontos positivos:
Máquina atendeu as expectativas do produto;
Bom custo benefício, não deixa em nada a desejar quando comparada aos outros modelos da mesma linha (como a versão "feminina" deste mesmo produto, a "Philips Bikini Genie") e ainda custa um pouco menos;
Peças removíveis são laváveis com água corrente;
Máquina leve e de fácil manuseio;
Potencia boa, consegue aparar os pelos sem dificuldades, na peça sem pente plástico deixa os pelos quase rente a pele (afinal é uma máquina para "aparar" pelos, não uma máquina "depilatória" como giletes ou cera quente);
Não aquece demais e não é muito barulhenta;
Chegou dentro do prazo de entrega, caixa original do produto em boas condições, nenhuma peça inclusa faltando (pentes de variados tamanhos, por exemplo);

Pontos negativos:
Não vem com suporte para guardar a máquina e acessórios, possui apenas uma embalagem de plástico (não resistente) na qual a máquina vem entregue, e que você pode adaptar para guardar o produto se quiser (porém não é essa a função original desta embalagem plástica);
Não chega a ser exatamente um ponto negativo, é mais um aviso, cuidado pois a máquina é extremamente afiada. Recomendada a utilização do pente acessório de plástico menor (pelo menos na região íntima), pois utilizar ela sem nenhum pente acessório (no "zero") pode facilitar muito os cortes acidentais na hora do manuseio.

Pontos neutros:
Funciona a pilha, mais especificamente 01 pilha AA. Isso pode ser bom ou ruim, depende da preferência do usuário.

Saldo geral: é um bom produto, custo benefício compensa, vale a pena a compra.
Obs: lembrando que é este produto é um pouco mais barato que a versão "feminina" dele que é quase idêntica, mudando somente as cores da máquina. Fica a dica para as mulheres de plantão 😉

Not good too much vibration

Overall, it’s a great product with excellent versatility, and it performs well for multiple grooming needs. The machine itself feels durable and ergonomic.

However, I noticed one crucial feature missing: a charging indicator light. This is a very important feature that would help users know whether the device is charging or fully charged. Without it, it’s difficult to monitor the charging process, which can be inconvenient.
I still recommend it for its functionality, but I hope this improvement is considered.
