I bought this laptop as a gift to my cousin who is just entering university abroad, in yemen. Being sure it was a new laptop, with its new packaging and sealed box, I sent it to him. When he opened it, he found tons of pictures, videos and personal documents of an indian guy with his family, most probably the previous owner. I askee him to check the usage, and it showed that before he unpackeged it, the laptop was used for 120 hours (5 days). Also, it was malfunctioning and had a charging issue where the battery drains so fast and it cannot be charged at all, he was only able to use it while it is plugged in. Most probably, that is why the previous owner returned it. Sending a laptop back from yemen turned out to be very hard as it will not pass customs in UAE easily, most travelers refuse to take it as it will take them 12 hours to pass through customs.

Product as described, Warranty started in Sep 2024, but I purchased this laptop in Feb 2025, i think this is already Open Piece by the seller.

Battery draining too fast.

The laptop material and spec are great but the battery drain fast on normal usage like browsing.
The laptop is great but the battery was disappointing.

It just overheats you need a cooling pad but it have cool specs and I can play fort on 144 fps

The laptop is nice and works great. However, the battery life is not that great. I get about 3 to 4 hours of normal use and only 1 to 2 hours of gaming.

Good quality and good service

After 4 months not charging. Motherboard is not working.

Everything is ok. For light working.
When working Revit and Inventor means need 32 GB RAM & 1TB for better performance.
