This clearly says womens but when I opened the package I thought maybe they send the wrong item. But it said XS. I bought this for my mom who is 5’0″ 87 pounds and she could not get them up over her ankles. This has to be a pair for xs CHILDREN. They seem like a decent pair of pants so I’m sending them to my niece who is 6 and very tiny. Maybe they’ll fit her… I hope.
