I am updating my low rating to a high rating thanks to the excellent warranty support. The team quickly assessed the issue and replaced the defective product efficiently.

The cover started cracking on the sides in less than a year, even though I have very infrequently removed it from my phone. Additionally, the plastic has begun to yellow, despite being advertised as resistant to yellowing. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the durability and quality.

I like the case. It looks good, not thick and the magsafe works. Confident with the lens protection at the back, its slightly elevated and seems to be a harder plastic. Only bad thing to say was the magnet seems to have slightly affected the pen on one specific area, I have to slightly add pressure on that area to register. Still would use the case, since I rarely draw, have no issues writing.

The product itself is absolutely perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. However, the packaging arrived quite damaged, likely due to shipping. Thankfully, the product was unharmed. Highly recommend the product, but be aware that the packaging might not arrive in pristine condition.
