Among the various steps suggested, one of the most absurd was changing the internet source, even though the device failed to recognize any of the three sources I had available. I requested a replacement or repair under warranty, but they informed me that it was against their policies, despite the device still being within the warranty period.
This experience raises questions about the usefulness of a warranty if it does not cover proper repair or replacement. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this device unless you are willing to overlook warranty concerns.
However Sound quality is excellent extremely easy to install prompt delivery within 24 hours that was amazing ..
