I believe the design is quite nice and very easy to use. However, it's not great for heavier phones or where your AC vents are a bit south, as the clamps don't support heavy phones. In addition, when the car moves, the phone doesn't stay stable, and often bends forward so it's always useful. You have to constantly keep an eye on the position of the holder and adjust, which isn't ideal.

So far I'm using it for 2 weeks, good quality, holds samsung note phone well. But check you car ventilation grills before buying it

For the vents of my Mazda cx-9 perfectly. Love the gravity based mechanism. No more locking the phone in place. It’s sturdy over bumpy surfaces and can accommodate a phone with a card case. Works perfectly only in vertical orientation as they’ve mentioned in the product description.

My first impression was that it was a bit flimsy. But once I tightened down all the pivot points it has held its alignment / orientation well. Folds up automatically and unobtrusively when not in use.
