After using the Sony WH-1000XM5 for a few months, I deeply regret this purchase, especially given Sony's bold claim of "best call quality ever." Sadly, this is far from the truth.

First and foremost, the call quality is abysmal. People on the other end consistently complain about muffled sound and excessive background noise, making conversations frustrating and nearly impossible. Even in relatively quiet environments, the headphones struggle to provide clear audio.

The fit and comfort, while initially promising, become uncomfortable during long periods of use. The ear cups, though plush, tend to cause discomfort after about an hour of wear. This, combined with the subpar call quality, makes these headphones hard to justify for anyone needing reliable, long-term use.

Overall, I expected much more from a product marketed as having the "best call quality ever." My experience with the Sony WH-1000XM5 has been thoroughly disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable pair of headphones for calls. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Thanks Amazon for quick delivery, product is AAA rated by me as the packaging was fully intact without any damage. when i begin utilizing, it became part of my daily routine so conveniently, music, fitting, call quality and offered features wise i rank it under value for money category making it super enticing to posses. i loved the black version as it looks so cool and east to maintain, carrying case is made of solid material, i think it would not be comfortable for mass as ear cups are slim and slick so i recommend test it on demo stores before ordering. sound wise bass is not on Sony standard but still punchy to digest, all other aspects of sound quality were upholding Hi-Res standards. so if you are interested i may suggest you can go for it.

It's mind blowing sound...i have and apple AIRPODS MAX but the sound quality better than apple .if you use transparency mode or noise cancellation more ? then Airpods max better.

I like the quality and the sound is good. What i dont like is whenever i wear it it gives me headache not sure maybe because its new thats why its kinda tight to my head or what but still i am going to use it anyways
