    The cream box was already opened and we noticed the lid seal was also broken with scratches outside.

    I purchased two jars, the price offered is great. However upon opening the jars I saw that it is unsealed & the texture is clumpy as in it’s taken the shape of a cylinder rather than be smooth. But worried about its authenticity.
